Oh, wear something like a blue or pink blouse and short black skirt with tights with a cardigan sweater over your blouse. For shoes, wear a pair of mary jaines. Wear earrings but no other piercings. Don't forget to take a shower and shave. Get your hair bobbed and lose your glasses if you have any. Wear some subdued jewelry. Wear foundation, eyeliner, lip liner, and rouge.
Ha ha, the 90s, cool! Crimped hair, big hair scrunchies, curly shoelaces, hammer pants, fanny packs, colored sunglasses I think a lot of girls were wearing brightly colored tights as well.
