I have gold earrings marked 585 on the screw and beside it is a circle with 4 lines inside of it intersecting. The lines are one across, one down, and 2 crosshair (diagonal). The earring backs screw on instead of slide on. A jeweler appraised them at $800. My mother had them appraised and she didn't ask any other questions. I was wondering if anyone may have any idea of who makes these earrings. My mom says they're antiques. A better description would be a pie cut into 6 pieces.
can read about it there i found some stuff when i typed in "designer jewelry 585" and there were ebay links that said "585 hallmark" so i'm not quite sure what it means but i hope it helps you! you can try going to an antiques shop and asking them because there are probably ways of finding out by looking at the symbols and at around what time they used those prints. good luck!
